‘The Orchard Retreat’ in google maps is accurate and most sat navs take you to our door using our postcode EX17 4BA!

From junction 27 of the M5 motorway go west on the A361 to Tiverton where you take the A396 south to Bickleigh. From here take the A3072 towards Crediton for 4 miles before turning right by Stockleigh Pomeroy (Thorne’s Farm Shop is signposted here), following signposts to Cheriton Fitzpaine. After about 1 mile the road forks to the right signposted to Way Village. Take this right turn and The Orchard Retreat will be facing you immediately on your right.

If you are coming from Exeter, then take the A377 to Crediton.  At the roundabout take the first exit onto Cowley Bridge Road.  After about 1.5 miles (having gone past the garden centre and The Stables pub) turn right onto Langford Road signed Langford and Shute.  Follow through Langford and continue straight.  This is mainly a typical Devon country road going through quite a few small hamlets.  At the cross roads take the dog leg (short left and then right) and continue straight.  You will then come out on the Crediton / Tiverton road.  Go straight over the crossroads, signposted Thorne’s Farm shop and Cheriton Fitzpaine. After about 1 mile the road forks to the right signposted to Way Village. Take this right turn and The Orchard Retreat will be facing you immediately on your right.
